Planning responsible AI for an IT service workflow

Current-state analysis and phased planning for an AI-enabled service process in a complex public-service environment.

What needed to change

The organization wanted to explore AI and automation without compromising service quality, accountability or the controls already built into the process.

What the team did

  1. Reviewed the service workflow, common pain points and the decisions people needed to keep making.
  2. Connected possible AI uses to service-management practices and operational controls.
  3. Created a phased roadmap so value, risk and adoption could be tested before a wider rollout.

What the work made possible

A short list of practical, governed opportunities and a sequence for testing them without committing to a large implementation too early.
